One muddy power walk

I went back to the ski trails for my power walk. Those hills gave my legs a good work out. I love hills. I love trails. This Lacombe half-marathon is going to be fun. Challeging, for sure, but really fun. I hope I can convince Audrey to run with me.

This week I am going to focus on tempo runs and speed. I may be going to Calgary on Thursday to hang out with Lisa so I have to tweak my schedule a bit. And of course, I am back to weekends again. Sigh. Anyway I will make the best of it.

Last night I had drinks at a coworker’s house. It was fun. And tonight there’s pizza and wine at another coworker’s place. Thank goodness for colleagues for increasing my alcohol intake. Not.

  1. I’m trying to read up on “Power walk” as I have made a big decision to become a much healthier man until my second child is born. I tried to find good information in Swedish, but I found little or none. This however was much more interesting 😉 I do like to walk, and if I could get more out of it I’d be thrilled.
