How many days until New York? Sorry I’ve been a bad blogger this week. I’ve been so scrambled – both in my personal life and my other lives. But don’t worry I am back on track.
I shook up my training this past week. Instead of running my long run last night, I ran a speedy 10k. I was upset about something and I really needed to run it out. A slow run would not have done the trick.
I felt so invincible. It was cool and there was a light breeze.
Tonight I had a bunch of errands to run so I didn’t get a chance to run. Tomorrow I am off work so I plan on running for at least an hour and a half.
I am going to take a me day. I can’t wait.
