I am looking forward to the weekend. I have plans for most of the weekend for a change. After work I ran a nice steady run according to my schedule. I ran from Bower Ponds along to Three Mile Bend. It’s a challenge to run at a slower pace then what your legs want to do. But in the end I kept the pace. I know it the long run my legs and body will thank me for it.
Fuel update:
I’ve done well all week with my eating and drinking. I’ve timed by eating well so I was not starving when I started my run. Water intake has been great too. I’ve been filling up water bottles when I leave work and putting them in the work fridge for the next day. I make sure I drink both bottles before I end my shift. It’s a little trick and it’s working.
