There is no better way to kick-start the weekend than in camel pose. I love Friday night yoga. It really helps set the tone for the weekend.
Oh I must tell you. I have nothing but love for yoga lately. I have been going to Bikram now for a couple of months and it keeps getting better. I look forward to classes and I feel awful when I haven’t had a class in a few days. (I blame the 30-day Bikram challenge).
I admit it has been a challenge fitting it in with everything else on my plate. (I haven’t been to crossfit in two weeks). But I am okay making some trade offs. I feel calmer. My anxiety levels are down and I feel more at peace.
Must be the yoga.
You know I have always turned a blind eye to yoga for whatever reason. But lately I believe yoga came into my life at the perfect time. I still have a long way to go on my yoga journey but so far, so good.

Oh, you know how much I love yoga. Yoga came into my life after my oldest son was born. I needed to calm my anxiety about being a new mom. I haven’t stopped since.

I’m loving yoga lately as well. I’ve been going almost every week for the last four months and it just makes me feel so much better, not to mention I feel like I’m getting stronger.
