Let us rejoice. It’s a new day.
I’ve been on my feet a lot this week. Did I mention that I swapped my regular desk for a stand up one? I wanted to reduce the amount of time that I sit on my butt. My hips gave me crazy grief all week. I am still on board with mobility and my new stretching routine. Although it’s only been a week, I feel much better standing than I do sitting all day.
I didn’t make it to the gym as much as I would have liked this week. (Only 2 WODs + 1 mobility) But as always I was active with running and walking. I always feel guilty when I don’t make it to the gym at least four times. I know I shouldn’t because I do stay active.
My right hip really threw me for a loop this week. I had a couple of runs that ended in limps. Ugh. I won’t dwell too much on it. Once again I have plans to see a physiotherapist. Grr it is turning out to be a year of the broken!
