Nineteen days until race day. I better figure out what I am going to wear. This past week of training was mostly solid. My old injury is acting up but I have faith it will be good to go after a few days of rest and rolling.
I am winding down the hardcore as I eye the two-week taper on the calendar. As I mentioned yesterday, I am going to reduce my crossfit for the rest of the month. I need my legs and body fresh for the marathon. It will be a challenge not to freak myself out over the coming days. I always seem to panic before my big race. I need to surround myself with the happy and the positive.
Rest will be my motto for the next 19 days.
