What a week! I feel good. I’m a little zonked today but mainly it’s because it was so slow at work. Ugh. Working on holidays is usually a “make work” day which I hate.
It’s my rest day. Dare I say it out loud? I deserve it. I’m putting up my feet for the evening. I’ve got a load of laundry in the wash and a glass of wine on the table. I’ll take it easy tonight.
Right now I am thinking ahead to the trails. I am done running on asphalt. I want dirt. I want stones. I want trees. I want mountains.
Knock on Mother Nature’s door that she won’t give us any more random winter storms.

I have question marks beside Saturday and Sunday because I am working this weekend. If my scheduling works out I should be able to hammer out a long run. Otherwise I may just skip the long run this week. No biggie.
