Ever have a dream where you are running around a track and there’s all these people watching? But they don’t cheer but stare at you indifferently?

Well that dream became a reality for me tonight. There was this peewee football team practicing on the field in the middle of the oval. The parents of the football players were huddled in blankets in the stands or standing on the sidelines staring indifferently.

It was awkward for a bit until I got in the zone.

I ran my usual track workout. It felt good getting outside. It’s been raining all week. Laura met me later and we ran 4 km together. It was a good night.
