So you probably know by now the Stamps squeaked out a 21-20 win over the Bombers last night. Winnipeg’s defence is pretty tough. The game came down to the wire but fortunately the Stamps took it home. More games tonight.

I’m up early so I can take my car in for service. I won’t be with a car for the morning. No big deal because I have been glued to my desk lately.

Last night I gave my body some tough love with the foam roller. I need to make this part of my week because I don’t want to hurt myself during my training.
