I love cooking. I made some tasty dishes this week. Salads are always a staple in my diet. But lately I have been shaking it up a bit and adding nuts and seeds. It keeps things interesting and adds more nutrition. Oh yeah and tasty!
My watch died only 1k into my run. So I had to guesstimate the distance. I plan was a short run anyway this evening so it didn’t bother me too much.
I ran from my apartment, east on the trails, around LTHS and up Michenor Hill and back along the trails to my place. I think it was about 6k. Tomorrow night I am running stairs! Yippee!
