I woke up a little later than I would have liked this morning. Still I managed to run 10 miles before it got too hot. Then I went to Sylvan Lake for a few hours to walk around and read. I would have stayed longer but it was pretty windy and I was chilled. On the way back to Red Deer, I took a few detours to check out the county side. Such beautiful fields and country homes. I am going to have fun exploring this summer.
