Gosh where do I begin? I don’t know so I won’t even try! My mind turned to mud today. Slowly the mud is oozing its way out of my head. I will let you know when it has completely left. I am drinking a glass of wine as I research campgrounds in Jasper.
I am meeting Eric/Sara in Jasper for their bon voyage to the great province of Ontario. Lucky bastards are packing it in and returning to Toronto. I am green with envy. This little hiking trip will be our goodbye before they hit the highway.
I am looking forward to catching up on the gossip with Eric and getting some fresh air. I’m sure Sara will stop the “work talk” after a few hours. Ha. We’re going to have a blast.

Taking another rest day. Going for a speed run in the morning with a lapsed runner. His wife wants me to push him back to running. I hope to Buddha he has a fast pace. I need the motivation.
