Oh, well how I have missed your insanity – Glee

Read here this article posted on the Tiny Buddha website. It really hit a nerve. Sometimes I feel like I am in a self-sabotage mode. In every part of my life, once things start going great or in a good direction, I always manage to do something to screw it up.
I am trying super hard to deal with my issues. That’s why I think I like running so much. It helps control my anxieties and my fears. Any form of exercise, in fact, helps get those happy and calming hormones raging. I’m embracing the rage. Watch me.
