New sneakers wanted

I ran a speedy 5k after work tonight. It was just what I needed. My legs felt heavy and I felt really ugh-ish. Monday does that to a body. I am optimistic the rest of the week will flow nicely.
I had another fitful night of sleep. Not sure why that’s happening so much lately. I need to unwind or meditate before I hit the hay. What do you think?
