This is Joel’s apartment on 96 Street. If you are keeping up with my blog, you will remember a truck drove through his kitchen last Friday afternoon. The poor guy had just moved in five days earlier. He’s been staying in a hotel every since. Hopefully he’ll get himself sorted out within the next day or so.
