Gosh we had a wonderful day of weather. In between watching tennis, football and more football I spent most of my day outside. I took Elvis for a lovely hour walk and later in the day I pushed myself for a good run. I felt really good today so it seems I am cured and both my foot and my body seem to be back on track. I hate being sick.

I wrote a couple stories today too for tomorrow’s paper and a tab for the back pages. Neither story was earth shattering – an advance and a silly advertorial – but that’s the way some days go.
