This week in Crossfit

Holy Buddha! I’ve had one jam-packed busy week! Any free time I’ve had, I’ve spent sleeping or studying. Forgive me the last thing on my mind was blogging or reading blogs. I promise I will be back. 
I have three weeks remaining in my three-month Crossfit challenge at Pure Fitness. Time sure flies when you’re WODing! It’s been a great experience. My muscles are so big now that I can’t wear long sleeve shirts. Ha ha just kidding! I am definitely signing up for a year membership when this challenge wraps up. I am simply going to pretend it doesn’t cost so much! Why does Crossfit have to be so expensive?
Three days, three WODs.

Here’s a glimpse of my week:

MONDAY
WEDNESDAY
THURSDAY

My wrists were hurting this week. I blame the push ups on Monday. I am bracing for the chest pain tomorrow. Those 4×25 chest passes were killer on Wednesday! But all in a good way. I love the good hurt. (Not for my wrists though … I broke both my wrists in two separate sporting games. Not fun!)

  1. Oh no about your wrists hurting. Do you have a pair of wrist wraps for when you doing lifts that strain your wrists? You can get some at Wal-Mart for $7 that work pretty well (I have a pair). I didn't go to CrossFit once this week! Bad me

    1. Oh good idea! I should check that out this weekend. It's all I need another body part to worry about 🙂
