I love this. You may not know this about me but I am a HUGE marital arts fan. I also have my second degree blackbelt in Taekwondo. (I just don’t practice these days). I’ve been drawn to martial arts movies since I was kid.
I heart Jean-Claude Van Damme a little more this week. Have you seen the new Epic Split Volvo commercial with Jean-Claude? (I like to think we’re on a first name basis). Amazing stuff! Now be sure to warm up before you attempt the splits! Come on I know you’re going to!
