Doesn’t it seem like the weekend just filed by and suddenly you’re back at your desk planning your work week? Last week was great for training and sleeping. I have the bruises on my knees and the aches in my body to prove it!
My sleeping habits improved last week. Cross your fingers this continues. I hit a few rough spots with my meal planning last week. Nothing I can’t fix. I’m determined this week to drink more water and stop the mindless eating when I am not hungry or feeling restless.
This week I am reducing the number of crossfit WODs I do and replace them with speed work. My double race weekend (5 Peaks & Sylvan Half IM) is quickly approaching. No time to be recovering from squats! Must get those short & speedy runs in.
