Inspired by Nate, I decided to give my body a stairs workout tonight. I haven’t run stairs in a super long time. I really ought to do it more often because I have a great set near my house only a few minutes walk.
I ran over to the stairs before doing a walk up set. I walked one set up and down. Then I would run one set and walk down. Over and over again for 30 minutes. I tried to keep an even pace without delaying at the top. My legs felt like jello when I was finished. Gosh what a workout.
Great workout for lower body and cardio. Plus there’s the outside benefits that nothing beats. I love switching things up like this every now and then. And the weather is perfect for it. I must look into stair workouts.
