I love friends with barbecues. I invited myself over to Sona & Brent’s tonight for dinner. I suggested barbecue. Sona made this lovely kale salad while Brent and I prepared the veg for barbecuing.
Doesn’t it look lovely? It was so good. I usually eat my kale cooked or in my green smoothies. I will have to venture outside of my kale comfort zone. Salad = Delicious.
For barbecue – asparagus, baby potatoes, peppers and garlic. Such a wholesome and delicious meal. We picked up most of veg from Red Deer’s public market. There were no leftovers.
