I don’t know how it started but I have joined the #plankaday revolution along with @beckyainsley and @corypitt12.
It doesn’t matter where I am or who I am with, I will plank. I’ll stare at the clock on my iPhone for as long as I can hold the plank. Time moves very slowly when you are holding a plank. Lately I have been planking on my break (see below) at work. Thanks @JeffStokoe for the photo.
Right now I am up to 2 minutes and change. By the end of the summer I would like to get up to 5 minutes. I hope this will do my core some good.

Is planking good and stuff for you, I mean beyond adding cool points, obviously?
I'm told it is great for your core & strengthening your upper back and shoulders. Try it. Do it. Love it.
