My week in CrossFit

Great to be back into the CrossFit groove. I got my butt to the gym on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. I’m back on Saturday for a fourth workout. But I seem to always miss test days. So tomorrow I am going to do a few 1 RMS. I misplaced my training book so I purchased a new one. I can’t wait to write in the shiny new log.

                                 
Deadlifts starred brightly in the WODS this week. My hamstrings were not loving this. They screamed a little in agony so I took it easy on the heavy days. Yesterday’s WOD was a killer for my arms. Now my whole body matches the soreness I feel in my legs. 
                                  
Yes my legs are not feeling at 100 per cent yet. I’m doing some extra mobility sessions to work out it out. Time heals all wounds as they say!

  1. You should check out the myWOD app. It's fantastic for recording WODs and weights. I love it more than the book now.

    I only made it Tuesday and Thursday but they were both great WODs!
