Who doesn’t love nut butter?
Throw in some fruit in the mix & it’s even better. A banana spread with peanut butter is my new favorite snack. Sliced apples with peanut butter are an old favourite. Because you know, peanut butter is AWESOME!
Some people eat peanut butter and banana sandwiches and it never interested me. I like this twist because there’s no bread. Plus there’s 8 grams of protein for every two tablespoons. I need all the protein I can get! And it curbs any sweet cravings.

Steps:
1. Slice 1 large banana
2. Spread peanut/nut butter on banana (I use my
own homemade nut butter)
3. Enjoy with a fork and knife
Perfect for a late afternoon snack or post-run or workout fuel.
