Whew! I feel like I accomplished much this weekend.
I organized and cleaned my apartment from top to bottom. Feels great when everything is sorted. I can relax without any nagging like I should clean the bathroom or I should do laundry. I didn’t flake on working out either.
Saturday – 8 burpees (100 Days of Burpees) 1,500 metre row, 3×10 shoulder press @ 45 pounds and 6 km run.
Sunday – 9 burpees (100 Days of Burpees) 50 body weight squats, 8 km run.
As you can tell, I am easing into the running. Next weekend I will start adding my long run to the mix. I love Girl on Fire. This was me this weekend – on fire!
