Last week I felt great with my running & sleep. That was until I went to Crossfit on Friday. I tweaked something in my back while I was doing KBS. I DNF the WOD and cried like a moron. I’m still feeling pretty out of it too. My back aches.
I don’t think it’s serious. It’s my body’s way of telling me to taper. On Sunday I run the Woody’s 10k so I am crossing my fingers that everything will be okay by to run.
My legs are feeling heavy this week too. Must drink more water & eat better. Time is ticking.
I went for a walk after work with Laura. It just felt good to get moving. I’m resting and stretching again today. I’d like to get a fast 12K run on Tuesday (my day off). Cross your fingers!
