CrossFit – 3 times
Run – 4 times (hills, speed, moderate & long run)
No excuses this week. I was well rested and the weather was somewhat accommodating. I am getting into the serious training days. Only 8 weeks and 5 days before Blackfoot. Actually if I take two weeks away for tapering, I only have 6 weeks left of training.
Must stay focused. Getting my runs in have been the most challenging part. I don’t run on treadmills and I have been a wimp this winter. I’m crossing my fingers that all this CrossFit will make up for my missed runs. I’m happy that I am getting in all the long runs.
This Week:
Monday – Rest, mobility & core work
CrossFit – 2 to 3 times (The gym is closed on Friday & I have a breakfast interview on Thursday)
Mobility – 1 time (Offered only once a week, this class is awesome)
Run – 4 times (hills, moderate, speed & 30K long run)
