Body = Sore
Time to rest. Three CrossFit WODs plus 50k or so in mileage has done me in. I’m calling Wednesday night an OFF NIGHT.
It looks nice out. I really really want to go for a run. I don’t think my legs would forgive me if I introduced them to a 600 metre hill. No way. So tonight it’s laundry, stretching and one…. okay two glasses of red wine.

I'm also taking it easy tonight to prepare for the Crossfit Open 13.2 WOD tomorrow morning!
