Friday WOD: Oh My Buddha!

I was all alone for the 6 a.m. class. Great. I like the Jerk so that wasn’t a problem. The coach just chatted away while I did a zillion rack jerks. I was not looking forward to the OH lunge walks. The last time we did lunges I had a barbell on my back and I was sore for days after. For the last two rounds, I dropped my 25 lb plate and used a 10 lb plate. My arms were killing me. The WOD took me a little under 10 minutes. It was tough. 
Following the WOD, I did some core and worked on some kipping with the coach. Good start to my Friday.
