For accountability and sanity purposes, I am posting my weekly goals. I’ve been a little scattered brained lately. So much on my mind. I am being pulled in a few directions too. I need to exhale. By writing my goals here I hope to get on track with my life.
1) Run 3 times during the week
2) Bring my lunch 4-5 times
3) Turn off the television and crack open one of the 5 books I am currently reading
4) Stretch 3-4 times at night
5) Get to bed before 10:30 p.m.
