Good morning! I am sitting here drinking a cup of hot tea while I contemplate about what to do today. I woke up with a sore throat and a slight chill.
Last night my ex-coworker Josh stopped in Red Deer overnight. He’s on his way to Kitscoty from Nanaimo, B.C. He got in about 9:45 p.m. Others in the newsroom bailed because of the time. So it was Josh and a couple of his friends. We went to OJs. The place was packed with young adults. There were about 10 people smoking at the entrance when we arrived. Why do people still smoke? These kids were probably in their early 20s. Gross. It’s not even cool.
But I digress …. A short run is on my to-do list today but now I will play it by ear. I’m coughing a lot and I could use a nap even though I just got up.
