My week was super busy. My work schedule was all over the map. Plus I had a few evening engagements that added to my stress load. Sleep will definitely be at the top of my list this coming weekend!
I went to CrossFit four times this week again. Yay! It’s getting easier to get up at 5 a.m. Still need to reduce my late nights.
I cried a little during Thursday’s WOD. Press in the strength followed by Push Press in the WOD. Not my favorite exercises. Let’s just say it has been a challenge putting a seatbelt on. Good news? I can’t get any weaker than I already am.
