CrossFit: Four Days of WODs

Felt good this week. I keep saying the toughest part is getting out of bed so early for those 6 a.m. WODs. I really struggled on Tuesday after working the night before. It would have been a good excuse for skipping but I stayed the course. I will be consistent if it kills me! 

Already I feel like I’m geting stronger. Consistency is key. I may not be adding tons of weight each week but at least my form is improving. That’s the most important part for me. I don’t want to be injured. I want to be strong and starting at the basics is instrumental.
