7 things on Sunday

It’s been three of those weeks. Let me tell you all about it in less than 10.

1) My Versa got smacked by a hit-and-run driver just days before I left for Kelowna. I was parked downtown. When I came back from lunch I noticed my backtail light and rear was dinged. Price tag? A $500 deductible. Must schedule shop time soon.

2) The trackpad on MacBook Pro is not working. I’ve bought a mouse to mitigate the damage. Now this morning, the battery has come down with some sort of life-threatening virus. Future shop guy says I should just use MacBook Pro until it does since it is 4 years old and not worth fixing. Bummer.

3) Going a little stir crazy. My nights have been a little boring lately. Think: Eat, Read, TV. Repeat. Boring.

4) I ate lunch out 5 days this week. Not a good thing for someone watching her wallet book and her waist line. I’m in a little of a funk = lazy. This week I get my life in order.

5) I’m on the mend. I can walk and talk without cringing in pain. Yay!

6) I’ve started reading Winter of the World, the second in Ken Follett’s historic Century Trilogy.

7) Big success. I went to CrossFit 4 days in a row. That’s a record. I hope the consistency will pay off and I will finally nail some of those lifts.
