I’m looking at Sunday’s run as a “fun run.” But at the same time I don’t want to let my teammates down! I have a feeling in my gut that I haven’t ran enough leading up to the race.
I ran a short and muggy run along the streets tonight. My calves were a little sore. I’m not sure if it’s because of my minimalist shoes or something else. Catherine says she always feels out of sorts the week before a race. Then she does a PR. All I want right now is for the running gods to please get me to the finish line!
