Stretch for it

I’ve been getting my stretch on these last few days. I feel somewhat limber. It’s a good feeling. This week I am taking a short break from CrossFit while I taper for this weekend’s race. I miss it already. I know it’s the smart thing to do. My legs need rest so they are fresh for Sunday. I’m crossing my fingers everything falls into place.

In the meantime, I am giving my hamstrings the star treatment โ€“ stretching, rolling and lacrosse balling. I’ve been doing plenty of research online. I’ve found a few good stretches that I am trying to make a habit. It’s not that difficult when you put your mind to it. 

My legs owe me a good race now.
