Then I rushed home to whip up a shake. Because I am used to making green smoothies, I simply added a couple scoops of the powder, a few mangos bits, pineapple and water.
One word? Yuck. I chugged it down quickly. I hate waste. Now here I sit with another shake. I just can’t stomach it. This time I used orange juice, a couple strawberries, pineapple and one scoop of protein powder. Again. Yuck.
