Considering a veggie lifestyle?

All vegetarians and vegans have their own reasons for ditching the meat in their diets. While I do not judge or preach my diet beliefs, I invite you to consider a meatless or less meat diet. I snagged a few ideas about making the transition from this website where you can read the entire list. 

1. Read. Research. There’s a zillion websites and blogs dedicated to vegetarian diets and nutritional information. 
2. Talk to vegetarians. Throw a potluck veg party. 
3. Get to know your kitchen in a whole new way. Learning to cook with new ingredients can be excited. Take a class. Borrow some veg cook books from the library. Google veg recipes. 
4. Pay attention to your body. Notice how certain foods drain your energy, mood, emotions, concentration and sleep pattern. 
5. Experiment and have fun. Food is amazing. Try new cooking methods. Try new veggies. Mix and match.
