Running makes you think… think and celebrate life! Did you run today? – the Running Room
As a matter of fact, I did run. I ran a short steady 5k with the run club. Earlier in the day I ran/walked downtown to meet work folks for Paula’s going away lunch. We ate Indian buffet. Yum. Yum. Yum.

I can never eat enough curry. Love it. But that’s another long and boring blog post.
Good news. I wasn’t sore when I woke up this morning. I fully expected my legs to be tight after that two-hour run yesterday.
Blessed be the powers of stretching and rolling!
I am leading a Learn to Run Clinic for the Running Room. I’m really super excited.
I didn’t want any other clinic. Helping others find joy in running or reaching some sort of fitness goal will be the most rewarding.
Think and celebrate life?
Absolutely. Some days I admit. I retreat into bad memories of the past. I think about what could have been and how I have wrote my own chapter. Sure I have regrets –– lots of them.
I am thankful for the genuine friends and people who I try to surround myself with. I celebrate the goodness in people. I celebrate the goodness in the world.
