It’s going to be a challenge working on my speed this winter. I really really do not want to run on the dreadmill. I will if I have to but I will hate every minute of it.
Fortunately the sidewalks near my apartment are ploughed. I managed a speedy 5 km. I’m not feeling long runs yet. I can handle 10 km. I’m not in the mood for the winter long runs until I absolutely need to do them.
Edmonton’s Hypo Half is more than three months away. I have lots of time for those gruelling long runs. I will be honest with you. I want post a good time. Actually I am hoping to kick Amber’s butt. (Bahaaa!) Right so I have lots of work ahead.
