Of course I had to check out Occupy Wall Street while in New York. Like most of New York City, there cops were everywhere. A side street separated the camp from the line of squad cars. Coppers were stationed at every corner. They looked bored more than anything.
The protesters just went about their day. They posed for pictures and answered questions. Only one young couple had their hand out for money. Carrying a stupid sign, “feed our family,” they carried a baby no more than a year old.
