My left leg is finally starting to feel like it should. It doesn’t hurt to walk down stairs as much as it did three days ago but I am still not at 100 per cent. I don’t want to chance running just yet.
It’s been a tough week. I’ve wanted to run everyday but I know it’s not in my body’s best interest to run. Instead I’ve been stretching, drinking beer and watching TV.
I know what you’re thinking. Um… is that really what you should be doing? (at least the drinking and watching television bit).
But don’t worry. I am not going off the healthy-living bandwagon. I just had a temporary setback. That’s all it is. I’m running on Monday come hell or high water. I am itching to get out on the trails.
