I ran later than I have in recent weeks. I ran along the trails to Three Mile Bend. I know it’s been less than a month since I have lived here but I am ready bored with the trails.
I like variety in my runs. Next week I am on afternoon shift so I will flip my training schedule and run in the mornings. I think this will work out just fine.
Thankfully my legs were cooperating tonight. I thought they may be a little tired from the two strength workouts in a row. Guess I am stronger than I thought.
I just need to concentrate on my speed. I need to drop 10 to 15 pounds. Maybe that will help me pick up the pace. I know I need to put in the work or more precisely WORK HARDER.
