LSD run – please remind me to lather on body glide

I skipped my short steady run on Saturday because the weather was shite and my right leg was feeling wonky. I hesitant about my long run tonight because my leg feels a little out of sorts. I can’t describe the feeling. I am not in “ouch, ouch, ouch” pain but it is not at 100%.
I know my body well enough to know it’s something minor. I took the advice of a colleague who said I should just run because most likely the wonk will work itself out. She was right.
I ran from my office and headed south. I ran near the Collicutt Centre and a few schools. It was urban running at its best. The houses and subdivisions are quite pretty and well kept. Lots of green. If I had any money or mostly if I had a family it is probably an area I would live in.
I felt strong throughout my run. Likely because I was running so damn slow but I enjoyed it. The rain had finally stopped and it was a cool night.
I had a good stretch before I sat in my car to drive across town because I knew when I got home I would shower then eat. Stretching would be the last on my to do list.
My leg still feels a little wonky now that I have stopped moving. I’ve had this kind of feeling in my right leg before. I think it’s my old taekwondo injury acting up. Don’t worry I won’t over do it.
