I feel great. I slept so well. My right leg is back to it strong self. Still I am following my schedule and taking a crosstraining/rest day. I’m power walking with Lana later this evening.
I went to the public library to check out a few light reads. While I was there I inquired about tutoring possibilities. I interviewed with one of the staff. The next step is to get a criminal check. The commitment is two hours a week. I should have no problem squeezing it into my schedule. I’m also looking to do some volunteer with work with Central Alberta Refugee Effort and maybe a sports organization.
I have so much time on my hands after work and running I might as well do something to help others. What are you doing?
