Tonight I found the path on the other side of the Red Deer River. I ran from Kerry Wood Nature Centre to Heritage Ranch, to Bower Ponds, across the bridge and back to my starting point. It was a mere 7 miles or 11 point something. (I am writing in miles now).
I felt really good. Even though I huffed and puffed most of the way, I had a good solid run.
