Sunday no long run

I don’t know what I love more – running or eating. I ran a fast 5k after work. I didn’t want to have another late night so I kept it short. Must do a long run before Wednesday.
I whipped up two meals – a chickpea curry and a quinoa salad. I have all the energy in the world when I am finished a run. Now I can stop eating. I am such a good cook.
Fortunately for my waistline, the more I run, the more I crave good food. And the more my body craves the good stuff.
This week I am going to nail down my marathon training schedule. I need to get some concrete down on paper. Otherwise I might get it in my head I can just wing it. No thank you! I want to finish with a smile not with an injury or as the last person crossing the line.
I need to really make an effort in finding people to run with. Remember me, okay?
