I ate a tasty pre-made Quinoa salad from Safeway last week. It reminded me how tasty Quinoa and how I haven’t cooked it in ages. This afternoon I made a big pot. Tasty and so good for you. 
I don’t usually eat canned veggies. On a whim I bought a can of sweet peas. I just opened it and ate them plainly. Boring but I had a craving.
