I ran a slippery 8k. I really needed to get out. I was slow and I looked down the whole time but I did it. I feel great. I need to get to bed early tonight. We’re starting our early morning stair attack Friday. The hardest part is actually going to be to get my butt out of bed.
Only 5 weeks to go before my first half-marathon this year. I am crossing my fingers it will not be -20 like it was last year in Edmonton.
