All the coffee I drank today got me psyched. I spent a good part of an hour doing an ab workout. I probably should have used the added energy to clean or something but nah.. my poor abs were screaming for punishment.
All the Indian food I consumed in Edmonton prompted the ab attack. Yes, I know cardio would probably have been the better way to spend those 45 minutes. I just felt like stretching and working those muscles. I even threw in a short taekwondo practice. I am just that awesome.
